**What You’ll Do**:
This role is responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the LATAM region and its affiliates, delivering critical insights for accurate financial reporting. It plays a pivotal role in managing key processes such as estimates, plans, quarterly reviews (QRF), and long-range planning (LRP) for the region. Additionally, the position leads the end-to-end retail sales process, ensuring seamless execution and accuracy in reporting and analysis.
The role emphasizes continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency, enabling the business to stay agile and responsive. Furthermore, it supports regional projects, provides ad-hoc analysis, and assists in strategic decision-making to align with the company’s financial objectives. Acting as the external face of OneSource, the position also involves managing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Prepare monthly estimate, annual operating plan, QRF and LRP load process together with the business and the Regional FP&A teams.
- Provide insights and analysis for accurate financial reports.
- Support FP&A activities for the LATAM region and its affiliates.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making through project support and ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Retail Sales Process Management:

- Lead the end-to-end retail sales process.
- Ensure accuracy and seamless execution in reporting and analysis.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the external representative for OneSource in the LATAM region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaborations and nurturing relationship based on excellent customer service.
- Find synergies, benchmark processes, reports and activities internally and externally (across regions)

**Qualifications**:

- Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2.5 Years of experience.
- Fully bilingual, English and Spanish.
- Results Oriented
- Good Stakeholder Management skills
- Self learner
- Microsoft Office and Excel Intermediate or advance level
- Constant communication with leader and teammates / junior analyst in the case for team leads / assistant managers.
- Good discipline to follow up of new developments and innovation efforts.
- Above SLA metrics with good consistency in Quality and Timeliness.
- Successful or better PDP goals.
- Good stakeholder management skills, measured through survey sent to main personas.
