Brand Communications Associate at BairesDev

We are looking for a Brand Communications Associate to execute highly effective communications plans through a deep understanding of the consumer and our target market, which in turn, achieves profit and maximizes the brand’s long-term potential. This professional will also produce and communicate high-quality content that engages customers and builds brand recognition.

What You’ll Do:

- Execute our overall corporate communications plan, strategies and campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message effectively.
- Implement effective communication strategies that build brand awareness, brand consideration and builds the brand’s positioning, and monitor its success.
- Increase brand awareness and consideration as well as build market position.
- Develop content and materials to include websites, press-releases, newsletters, presentations,

events, all manners of collateral, and other tools to ensure appropriate messaging and brand strategy

are effectively executed.
- Implement innovative communications strategies and plans.
- Produce a regular cadence of relevant, easily accessible content through various communication

channels.
- Coordinate closely across the broader organization to ensure message alignment and integration

across multiple topics and channels.
- Measure, report and adjust communications activities based on outcomes.
- Monitor communication plan milestone completion and identify process and operational roadblocks.
- Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
- Ensure all content is publication-ready.
- Measure key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a

campaign’s level of success.
- Develop strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals.
- Create marketing and communications collateral and ensure that it is consistent with the

organization’s brand, including white papers, website copy, social media, and more.
- Develop and influence brand initiatives, ensuring consistency with tone of voice and brand messaging.
- Identify client opportunities and propose strategies, campaigns, and promotions to increase brand awareness.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Highly motivated, flexible and service oriented.
- Versatile, goal oriented, driven and proactive.
- Prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Advanced English level.
