As a Social Media Specialist at Hilti, you'll be responsible for managing our exciting social media strategy and communities and driving and developing digital engagement across Hilti Latin America.

Our Head Office in Panama is the home of our Latin America HUB for Marketing, so you will also have the opportunity to gain exposure across a number of specialisms. **What does the role involve?**:

- As a digital marketing specialist at Hilti, you will be responsible for managing our social media strategy and community management, owning engagement marketing workflows and driving digital adoption activities for Latin America:
- Roll out of Global Social Media strategy, adapting it regionally, ensure best practice
- Measure, analyze and optimize performance of social platforms driven by customer-centric topics to drive customer engagement and to continue scaling our business
- Ensure that all Social Media communications are aligned with Global and Regional Marketing activities, priorities, and tone of voice
- Define target audience, content, timing and means of communication for social media activities
- Use of different Social Media platforms and analytical tools for content publishing, results analysis, and strategy steering
- Content creation through partnership with global, regional, and local teams. Understand the needs and pressures of local markets at acting on their behalf to allow for the best implementation and adaptation of social media
- Collaborate with external Paid Media agency for ensuring good ROI on campaigns, managing social media budget effectively
- Inspire and enable Hilti employees in all areas of the business to use social media for a positive business impact. Train leadership team and end-users on the effective usage of Social Medias for Employer Branding purposes
- Present strategy updates and results of activities/campaigns to Global social media and Regional Marketing teams.

**What you need is**:
University studies in Business, Communication, Marketing, Advertising or similar
Specialization in Digital Marketing is a strong plus
Advanced English and Spanish are mandatory
Portuguese knowledge is a plus
3-5 years of social media management experience in a multinational company or at an agency working
Experience working in technical/industrial and/or B2B environment is a strong plus
Great knowledge of main Social Media platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Proficient using multi-social posting program
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
Effective communication at all levels of an organization
Team player with ability to engage with his/her stakeholders
Strong project management skills
Strong analytical, conceptual and digital communication skills
Strong change management as well as implementation skills
Costumer centric
