**The Opportunity**

Responsible of acting as a business liason for all IT services in SCAM business (PA & CR), representing IT in SCAM leadership team, including IT Risk and Financial Management.

Understanding business strategies and processes to proactively recommend IT solutions leveraging Pepsico Global/Sector capabilities. This role performs and deliver across some disciplines: Demand Shaping, Exploring, Business Proposals, Servicing and Value Harvesting.

**Your Impact**

As The Sector IT Sr Analyst your scope will consist of:

- Conceive value solutions, stimulates, surfaces and shapes business demand. (A,C)
- Manage relationship between IT and business functions ensuring a single point of contact from IT. (A,E)
- Orchestrates capabilities development to drive value for the organization. (A,E)
- Partners with all IT teams to create and deploy solutions and services, orchestrates resources and ensures appropriate business engagement and ownership. (A,E)
- Manages strategic functional and IT portfolios orchestrating program and projects management, communicating program/projects exceptions and ensuring alignment with the business strategy. (A,E)
- Manage technical architecture by engaging architects at appropriate moments in the lifecycle (C,E)
- Represents business interests for operation, sustain solutions and services (A,I)
- IT Budget and Risk Management for assigned geography (A)

**Qualifications**

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Desirable advanced degree (e.g. Master) or equivalent experience. PMI Certification

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of related IT business work experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect clients/customers
- Ability to solve highly complex, politically sensitive problems across teams
- Digital savviness and mindset
- Experience in CPG industry required
- Desirable SAP ERP experience
- Desirable experience in leading or managing IT projects
