**GAF Panama** is seeking a dedicated **Billing and Payroll Specialist **based in Panama to support our rapidly expanding U.S. operations. In this role, you will oversee billing processes and payroll accuracy, ensuring the financial integrity of our services. You will collaborate with a diverse and energetic team across various departments to maintain accurate financial transactions and contribute to the seamless functioning of our financial operations. Your meticulous attention to detail will help ensure compliance with U.S. regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Billing & Payroll**: Process billing invoices and payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring data aligns with company records for our USA clients.
- **Discrepancy Resolution**: Verify billing data and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- **Ledger Reconciliation**: Conduct general ledger reconciliation related to billing and payroll transactions, ensuring records are aligned.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing financial reports tied to billing and payroll activities.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to U.S. tax regulations, payroll systems, and governmental accounting standards.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain the confidentiality of all financial information and follow company policies diligently.
- **Teamwork**: Work together with the billing and payroll team, driving efficiency, resolving conflicts, and ensuring consistent policy enforcement.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High School Diploma; additional education in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
- **Language**: Fluent in English. Both written and spoken. The role is 100% executed on English.
- **Experience**: Proven experience with billing, payroll, and financial operations.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal skills for resolving billing and payroll-related queries and collaborating with internal departments across borders.
- **Software Expertise**: Microsoft Office 360 (Excel and Teams)
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional numerical and analytical skills with a keen focus on accuracy.
