** Key Responsibilities**
- Payroll Processing: Execute and validate payroll for assigned countries using ADP GlobalView or SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Compliance: Guarantee adherence to local tax laws, social security, and statutory requirements across jurisdictions.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
- Reporting: Prepare, review, and deliver payroll reports for internal stakeholders, audits, and regulatory bodies.
- Process Improvement: Support global payroll projects, system enhancements, and continuous process optimization initiatives.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- **Qualifications & Skills**
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a global or regional role.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView or SAP payroll systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and international payroll complexities.
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent attention to detail and high integrity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining focus on deliverables.- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with data analysis.
