From the heart of urban cities to the depth of the Amazon Jungle, we put our heart, soul, and wanderlust into providing forever-travelers, break-takers, and staycaters with a new and exciting way to explore the world.Selinas Tech products serve both Selinas growing network of locations and their activities, as well as Selinas customers, both online and on-site in our destinations.Do you get sh*#% done?Do you think everything can be achieved with a creative solution and dedication?We want youWere looking for a passionate, experienced Operation wizard to join our Tech Execution team based in Tel-AvivAs a Delivery PMO you will communicate and work closely with many different teams of Selina globally.What will you do?Lead the delivery of R&D projects with global teams of Product, engineers and business owners.Lead the execution of Roadmap projects from a to z, throughout a broad global Hospitality Operation.Coordinate the rollout of complex global projects, working with different teams in different countries and time zones, and managing ongoing relationships with key stakeholders in the organization.Develop detailed project plans and Gantt charts to monitor and track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Develop and maintain professional working relationships with different interfaces in the company who are project partners; R&D, UX/UI Studio, Marketing, Commercial and Country teams.Communicate with projects stakeholders across the organization and ensure transparency of the projects progress.Establish work processes where needed to ensure optimization of resources utilization and efficiency. Requirements: 2-3 years Experience as an R&D Project Manager/ Operations Manager in a business environment. (Experience working with R&D teams is a must)Magician of matrix management with incredible communication skillsQuick learner, an efficient and independent team playerStrong organizational skills, details orientedExcellent English and presentation skills verbal and writingBasic analytical skills - ability to develop tracking tools and monitor dataProficient in G Suite and Tech savvy
