Position Overview This position is created to assist with cosmetic product notification, Safety Data Sheet Authoring, and developing hazard communication materials under the globally harmonized system of classification of labeling. This position is directly responsible for supporting Estee Lauder Companies North American business including notifying/registering cosmetic products with applicable government authorities, authoring and distributing Safety Data Sheets, classifying non-cosmetic products under GHS and CLP. Responsibilities Assess and Monitor upcoming retailer and regulatory requirements and provide impact reports to Regulatory Management, focusing on immediate impact on our product portfolio, expanded data needs.

Collaborate with R&D supervisor to research, generate and distribute product documentation ; including formulas, specifications, COA's, supporting declarations and artwork - according to regulatory requirements. ?Provide appropriate support and follow-up with business to secure product registration and achieve market launch timelines. Support the ongoing maintenance and amendment of retailer/government notifications, supporting process efficiencies, and maintaining Estee Lauder internal standards. Partner with Research and Development, Information Technology, Supply Chain Operations, and Key Account Management to obtain necessary data.

Coordinate work with other team members supporting brands and countries to minimize duplication of efforts and maximize utility of information, data, and documentation. Maintain basic understanding of hazard communication standards and North America cosmetic and home product regulations as it relates to ingredients and finished product. Interface with Regulators and other Regulatory Staff to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information on regulatory requirements. Qualifications Qualifications Working Knowledge of chemistry, OSHA Hazard Communication Standard and broad cosmetic regulatory experience preferred.

Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
