**An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Global Tax team as Regional Tax Manager to cover all tax related matters in our LATAM cluster. This person will report directly to our Global Head of Tax and will be located in Panama in our LATAM cluster.**

As our new Regional Tax Manager for LATAM, you will provide Tax planning and strategy for the region, while managing the tax risks (anticipation, identification, evaluation and monitoring).

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Ensure that the business comply with the Group’s tax policy
- Secure tax compliance in all LATAM markets in corporate with local tax/finance teams and external service providers
- Provide tax expertise and guidance to other departments of finance
- Develop, monitor and adjust as necessary the delivery model performed by external service provider, to ensure high quality in the areas of CIT, VAT and other indirect taxes
- Manage and coordinate tax audits
- Monitor new legislation and understand impact on Pandora
- Ensure correct and optimal tax structures in each market in the cluster

Further, you will be a strong and valuable business partner for the relevant stakeholders both in Global Office (HQ) in Copenhagen and in the LATAM cluster.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years of solid experience working within the tax area
- Strong experience in Mexican taxation is a requirement
- Experience with other LATAM markets
- Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry (preferred)
- Ability to communicate efficiently across cultures
