**Responsibilities**:
Check inventory records daily from press usage
Order supplies and materials as needed
Enter PO’s in to computer system
Enter receiving’s into computer system
Do a three way match of the invoice, receiving and Purchase order for accounting.
Do other tasks as needed
MS Excel and Word

**This is a temporary position expected to last until the end of the year**
