You’ll be instrumental in managing financial risk, optimizing stock and sales planning, and supporting strategic decisions across our international supply chain. From monthly risk reporting to warehouse inspections in the Caribbean, you’ll help us safeguard our business and drive operational excellence. **What will you do?**
- You prepare monthly financial risk reports and keep stock, guarantees, and partner bank positions up to date.
- You coordinate risk insights with HQ in Lieshout and support strategic decisions across the international supply chain.
- You develop sales and stock models for weekly planning and report to Demand Planning.
- You work with Natalie Vlug on Transfer Pricing reviews and warehouse strategy assessments.
- You travel to Cuba monthly for stock inspections and help lead the transition to direct USD-C customer payments.
**Who are you?**
- You have a background in Accounting or Finance, with 2-3 years of experience.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish.
- You are preferably a national from the region.
- You are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across cultures.
- You are eager to grow and take ownership in a dynamic international setting.
