**YOUR IMPACT**:
Reporting to the LVMH-PCIS’ Europe CIO and as UK HEAD OF IT, with a dotted line to the UK CFO, you manage the IT resources based in this country in collaboration with the teams of the Maisons and of LVMH-PCIS. Your role is also to optimize the business value delivered by projects and solutions, while promoting the agility of resources and synergies, by addressing the specificities and priorities of your scope.

Finally, you will be in charge of managing the IT transformation, promoting the IT strategy of the Beauty Division and our services in a co-construction approach with the operational entities and finally improving operational excellence.

**YOUR ROLE AS A HEAD OF IT**

**Strengthen the partnership with your internal customers**:

- Be the point of contact for PCIS and be its representative on your perimeter
- Ensure the right IT investments for your perimeter:

- Quantify and track business performance data
- Oversee and consolidate IT budgets and costs for your scope
- Give directives on IT expenses optimization of your perimeter in complete transparency
- Monitor all projects & services and report on their progress
- Bring added value in innovation by being proactive and using creativity
- Understand complaints and pressure points on projects and services and suggest alternatives
- Develop and implement surveys to know the satisfaction of internal customers
- Ensure high quality service and performance monitoring through monthly governance with your pairs

**Promote the services offered by PCIS**:

- Promote and sell relevant services within your perimeter, based on the PCIS service catalog
- o Help the Maisons to understand the added value of all these services
- o In a "Glocal" approach, propose and participate in the choice of technologies on projects
- Collect needs and expectations in order to ensure the catalog’s relevance and its enrichment
- Contribute to create synergies between countries, ensure the alignment of stakeholders, anticipate their needs, avoid out-of-process initiatives and finally create maximum value based on the reuse of skills and experience.
- Work with CIO Europe & Delivery Managers to ensure the consistency of the EMEA solutions with needs. With the EMEA organization, participate in sharing communities as well as when applicable to "Design Communities / Authorities".
- Participate in the governance bodies of your scope and PCIS as well as project committees

**Profil**

**WHO ARE YOU ?**:

- You have at least 10 years of experience, including 3 years as Head of IT or CIO in a fast paced & demanding environment. You are hands on and Team player.
- You have solid experience in digital transformation management
- You have very good knowledge of existing ERP, Retail, CRM, e-commerce, data and digital solutions on the market
- You have a good command of the business and technological challenges of the luxury perfumes and cosmetics market
- You have the ability to take a strategic approach while maintaining a pragmatic approach to IT challenges and implementation constraints
- You are recognized for your leadership, your communication skills and your ability to lead projects, develop and federate teams.
- You have a sense of business, are results-oriented and have the ability to create sustainable shareholder relationship
- You are proactive, productive and have the ability to propose innovative initiatives
- You have a fluent level of French and English

**OUR CONTEXT**:
LVMH-PCIS (Perfumes & Cosmetics Information Services), shared IT System Department manages all the Information Systems of the Beauty Division’s Maisons of the LVMH group (Parfums Christian Dior, Givenchy, Guerlain, Kenzo, Make Up Forever, Acqua Di Parma, Loewe, Benefit, Fresh, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Fenty, Kate von D, Bite & Olehenriksen, Officine Universelle Buly)

Our teams are made up of both technical experts (developer, tech lead, architect, etc.) and business experts (Business Process Manager, Delivery Manager, Business Analyst and Project Manager).**
