Responsible for the attention to distributors, including the reception of orders until the receipt of products by the distributors at their respective countries and management of claims. Also will be responsible for the process of sales projection, in bound and stock level, optimization of supply costs, shelf-life and no stock outs. Receipt of orders Review of unit process and quantities Send the orders to logistic operator Follow up the proforma invoice Follow up the payments from customers under prepayment (no credit term) Follow up the green light to invoice Follow up the invoicing of all orders Follow up the shipment of the products to the distributors Issue weekly reports of the status of the orders and follow up the status of orders with the logistic operator Follow up claims Back up as logistic deputy for West Idies / Central America respectively Coordinate the projection meetings (with Sales managers/ GM and Marketing ). Attend meetings for the follow up of stocks with the supply team from HQ Follow up actual orders vs sales projections To monitor the shelf life, based on the rules set to propose actions to minimize caducity, and propose discard of products Follow stock-outs, keeping monthly reports per product, of Qty and value Follow up the arrivals of product (KPI agreed with logistic operator : Product available for sales, no later than 6 days from the arrival of the product) Control of stock in value and quantities (including periodic physical counting) Monitor the costs Reconciliation of purchases (purchases recorded vs invoices received) Monitor the KPIs agreed with the logistics operator Review the service charges received from the logistic operator Management of conditioning of boxes
