Your role at Tumi: The Business Analyst - Information Technology - Retail Store Systems will be responsible for supporting and maintaining various custom and “off-the-shelf” Retail IT Systems.
- Assist with all software and hardware rollouts for Point-of-Sale Registers, Payment, Backoffice for the retail stores. - Provide IT-business support by responding to production issues as a priority and communicate to the necessary business team. - Manage open incidents (tickets, issues) in Service Management tool by following the ITIL processes - Respond to requests in a positive, timely manner and provide feedback on expected completion dates - Follow Incident Management and Change Management Processes and Policies - Learn of all aspects of SDLC; perform hands-on analysis and design, testing/QA, and post-go-live support (hyper-care). - Will become responsible for assisting with developing and managing the relationship with all software vendors integrated with Tumi retail systems.
