**Job Title**Customer Service - Sr Associate**OBJETIVO DEL ROL**Analista de productos que será responsable de brindar soporte al cliente a través de una investigación y un análisis efectivos, respondiendo consultas de comerciantes y adquiriendo bancos para respaldar los servicios de procesamiento de tarjetas en múltiples monedas.
**RESPONSABILIDADES**: Resolver las consultas técnicas de los clientes recibidas a través de múltiples canales, ya sea a través de un análisis en profundidad o en conjunto con los equipos internos.Tomar posesión del análisis de consultas, investigando y resolviendo consultas a un nível de resolución aceptable para los níveles de servicio acordados.Análisis de datos estadísticos y de producción para identificar patrones y hacer sugerencias a Team Lead y Manager para mejorar la gestión comercial de First Data y Client.Desarrollar nuevos procesos SQL para mejorar los requisitos de extracción de datos.Gestión de consultas escaladas que pueden impedir que First Data alcance los níveles de servicio acordados, incluida la gestión de problemas críticos del cliente.Asegúrese de que la empresa se mantenga informada sobre los problemas de las aplicaciones.Interacción con otros miembros del equipo y la gerencia para mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia de la unidad.Trabajar continuamente con el líder del equipo y por su cuenta para diseñar y crear informes de datos y herramientas de informes.
