**Sobre vos**:
Buscamos un Engineer / Architect Manager hands on para liderar la construcción de nuestro producto. Nos orientamos a un perfil dinámico y apasionado por la tecnología, a quien le interese ser parte del equipo inicial de una start-up con perspectiva regional.
Este rol liderará el diseño de la arquitectura y el desarrollo de nuestra aplicación, tomará la decisión del stack tecnológico a utilizar y trabajará codo a codo con el área a cargo del diseño del producto. A su vez, la persona estará involucrada en el armado del equipo y será parte esencial de la cultura organizacional de la compañía.
**Requisitos**:
- Capacidad para implementar sistemas from scratch.
- Experiência en arquitectura de plataformas web/mobile/backend, persistencia de datos e infraestructura.
- Conocimiento en múltiples lenguajes de programación (frontend y backend).
- Manejo de base de datos relacionales y NoSQL.
- Conocimiento en infraestructuras cloud.
- Involucramiento en decisiones de stack tecnológico.
- Conocimiento de las tendencias tecnológicas y las mejores prácticas de la industria.
- Experiência en armado de equipos de tecnología.
- Fuerte sentido de ownership frente a las tareas y el proyecto.
- Capacidad de buscar solución a los problemas de manera innovadora.
