**What**you’ll** do**:

- Implement complex workflows, validation rules, and custom logic to meet specific business requirements.
- Design and build scalable and reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs and web services.
- Establish automated testing and observability capabilities to proactively ensure the performance, scalability, and security of our Salesforce org.
- Develop and maintain documentation of system architecture, configurations, processes, and training materials.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that support business processes.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organization policies and best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members through code review and pair programming activities.

**Who you are**:**
- You have, at least, 3 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong background in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
- You have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and the ability to design scalable and robust solutions
- You have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, development methodologies and release management.
- You have experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You have experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and GraphQL APIs.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- You have one or more Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II), with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- You have experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Fluency in English
