Responsable del desarrollo, innovacion y renovacion de los productos y procesos en el tiempo acordado desde la idea hasta el lanzamiento que cumplan con las políticas y procedimientos de Nestle, los requisitos legales, inocuidad, la calidad y la seguridad.
Construir su expertise y aplicar su conocimientos en los productos y procesos para proporcionar guía relevante para la operacion, el negocio y las necesidades del consumidor.
Administrar su portafolio de proyectos y productos y ser mentor del Associate Specialist.
**Un día en la vida de...**
- Desarrollar junto a los Chef, recetas ganadoras de 60/40 y su repetitividad a gran escala.
- Creación de especificaciones de materias primas, producto terminado y recetas.
- Ejecutar y documentar ensayos industriales y validar parámetros de proceso.Planificar demanda, activar promociones, supervisar puntos de venta y gestión de resultados.
- Asegurar que la base de datos de recetas se actualice y que las recetas se distribuyan según los procesos
- Cumplir con las auditorías internas y externas de recetas y mantenimiento de la lista de materiales.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
1. Graduado universitario o equivalente en campos científicos como Ingeniería en Alimentos, Química o similares.
2. Mínimo 3-5 años de experiência en manufactura en Innovación y Renovación o experiência operativa/fábrica.
3. Manejo del Idioma Inglés (deseable).
