Lead Mobile Application Developer

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Lead Mobile Application Developer to produce scalable software solutions within Android and iOS. Youll be part of a cross-functional team thats responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Lead Mobile App Developer, you will work with our development team to oversee the creation and maintenance of custom mobile apps for our clients, and will collaborate with our design team to proactively identify areas of risk and propose possible solutions.Duties and ResponsibilitiesHelping with the design and development of softwareTesting and debugging software to keep it optimizedWriting clean code for the front and back end of the softwareDesigning user interactions on the web application itselfCreating servers and databases for the back end of the softwareEnsuring cross-platform compatibility and optimizationTesting and maintaining the responsive design of applicationsWorking with graphic designers to design new featuresDeveloping APIs and RESTful servicesKeeping up with technological advances to optimize their softwareCommunicating effectiveness of emerging technologies to decision makersConsidering security, maintenance, scalability, and more when developingRequirementsGeneralPanamanian citizen, or resident with a work permitProven experience as a Mobile Application DeveloperDegree in Computer Science or relevant field is a plus English knowledge is a plusExcellent communication and teamwork skillsGreat attention to detailOrganizational skillsAn analytical mind TechnicalDemonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Android marketIn-depth knowledge of a least one programming language: Kotlin, SwiftKnowledge of mobile programming frameworks: React Native, FlutterExperience with third-party libraries and APIsFamiliarity with OOP design principlesExcellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitudeAbility to perform in a team environmentFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesBenefitsFull-time contract with a quickly growing company, located at the City of KnowledgeFlexible schedule, working remotely with the opportunity to join our collaboration officeCompany-sponsored healthcare planRequirementsGeneral Panamanian citizen, or resident with a work permit Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role Degree in Computer Science or relevant field is a plus English knowledge is a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Great attention to detail Organizational skills An analytical mind Technical Proven work experience as a Mobile App Developer Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Android market In-depth knowledge of a least one programming language: Kotlin, Swift Knowledge of mobile programming frameworks: React Native, Flutter Experience with third-party libraries and APIs Familiarity with OOP design principles Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude Ability to perform in a team environment Familiarity with Agile methodologies
