This includes running services on-prem and in the cloud, driving cost optimization, manage partners in everyday operations of cloud service in architecture and technical governance. You live your principles by a strong belief that every problem has a solution that is just waiting to be found.You are responsible for - Provide leadership during complex troubleshooting and major incidents.
- Design and architect compute solutions in both on-prem and public cloud environments - Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure capacity and demand forecasts - including day-to-day monitoring and tracking of cloud capacity & resource management for all services
- Data Center and cloud consumption chargeback reporting, spend control, etc. - Coordinate with Service managers to log incoming cloud service demand and provide recommendations for commitments. - Create Cloud cost optimization framework and Governance mechanism using native and 3rd party tool - Create metrics, reports, and recommended remediation options and plans for financial excellence in the cloud - Service Now process management - work with the service now developers and create the process flow. - Managing the infrastructure hosting demands and assigning them to the right?stakeholders.
- Lead cost optimization process using reserved instances and savings plans.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (Service NOW), Power Bi, MS Excel, SQL Queries, and Cloud-native cost management tools. - Experience in vendor management, SLA/OLAs, negotiations, and escalations - Experienced in Agile Methodologies /ITIL processes?In return, we offer youSharpen your tech skills and develop new ones, by being constantly stimulated to learn and solve a variety of challenges that affect multiple areas of people’s lives.
