**Business Analyst Procesos de emisinTus responsabilidades**: Obtener y entender la necesidad funcional y traducirlas de una forma efectiva a Historias de Usuario/requerimientos a los diferentes equipos (internos/Clientes).Liderar workshop y sesiones de discusin para influenciar al Producto Owner para determinar una solucin acertada.Participar en las reuniones de entendimiento, estructuracin e inception.Gestionar con el equipo de developer y testers las actividades requeridas para atender los compromisos del Sprint.Es el focal point entre los equipos de la clula y el product owner del clienteSe requiere su participacin en las reuniones de entendimiento para que en conjunto con el Arquitecto entiendan la necesidad funcional y apoyen las fases de estructuracin e inception antes de incluir la iniciativa para ejecucion en los sprint.Responsable en el levantamiento de la documentacin funcional de cada requerimiento (BRD, actas, documentos de entendimiento) alineados a los requerimientos de negocio.Crear los habilitadores en cada sprint en la herramienta elegida por los BancosAcuerda y aprueba los criterios de aceptacin de las Historias de usuario.Documenta, radica y avanza la gestin de los incidentes en services point y genera aprobacin de CHGAtiende y gestiona con el equipo encargado de generar la solucin de incidentes en UAT y PRD.Realiza el seguimiento de implementaciones de soluciones en UAT y PRD.Identifica los obstculos que podran afectar la entrega de historias de usuarios y brindar apoyo para eliminarlosApoya al equipo para enfocar las pruebas de aceptacin del usuario para historias de usuario y ayudar al propietario del producto a firmar UAT.Evaluar los procesos comerciales, anticipar los requisitos, descubrir reas de mejora y desarrollar e implementar soluciones.Refinamiento de los requerimientos para asegurar la calidad de la entregaElabora y presenta el handover al equipo de Client ServicesCargar las horas en las HU/HB de acuerdo con la dedicacin asignada semanalmenteParticipar en las ceremonias: daily, review, retrospective y planning.Tus competencias y habilidadesExperiência mnima 5 aos en puestos similares en giros Bancarios o Medios de pagoExcelentes habilidades interpersonalesOrientado al clienteOrientado a resultadosTrabajo en equipo y colaboracinExperiência en proyectos con Metodologa Scrum o AgilHabilidades de comunicacin y analticasCapacidad para preparar presentaciones, proponer soluciones y tomar decisionesCapacidad para manejar mltiples proyectos y asignaciones bajo el marco de trabajo scrumCapacidad de trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo a travs de fronteras geogrficasCalidad enfocada con gran atencin al detalleCapacidad para trabajar bajo presin con plazos ajustados, con impulso y compromiso hacia la ejecucin de proyectos.Fuerte habilidades organizativas para el buen manejo del tiempo de acuerdo con las prioridadesAutomotivadoProactivoNível de Ingls intermedio avanzadoCompetente en uso de herramientas de Microsoft OfficeFlexibilidad para trabajar fuera del horario de atencin/on call/fines de semana segn sea necesarioOfrecemos Contratacin directa por la empresaSueldo competitivo y BeneficiosCapacitacin constante In order to protect our Fiserv community, Fiserv requires all newly hired employees in the United States to be fully vaccinated before their start date.
