**Business Analyst - Procesos de emisión**
**Tus responsabilidades**:
- Obtener y entender la necesidad funcional y traducirlas de una forma efectiva a Historias de Usuario/requerimientos a los diferentes equipos (internos/Clientes).
- Liderar workshop y sesiones de discusión para influenciar al Producto Owner para determinar una solución acertada.
- Participar en las reuniones de entendimiento, estructuración e inception.
- Gestionar con el equipo de developer y testers las actividades requeridas para atender los compromisos del Sprint.
- Es el focal point entre los equipos de la célula y el “product owner” del cliente
- Se requiere su participación en las reuniones de entendimiento para que en conjunto con el Arquitecto entiendan la necesidad funcional y apoyen las fases de estructuración e inception antes de incluir la iniciativa para ejecucion en los sprint.
- Responsable en el levantamiento de la documentación funcional de cada requerimiento (BRD, actas, documentos de entendimiento) alineados a los requerimientos de negocio.
- Crear los habilitadores en cada sprint en la herramienta elegida por los Bancos
- Acuerda y aprueba los criterios de aceptación de las Historias de usuario.
- Documenta, radica y avanza la gestión de los incidentes en services point y genera aprobación de CHG
- Atiende y gestiona con el equipo encargado de generar la solución de incidentes en UAT y PRD.
- Realiza el seguimiento de implementaciones de soluciones en UAT y PRD.
- Identifica los obstáculos que podrían afectar la entrega de historias de usuarios y brindar apoyo para eliminarlos
- Apoya al equipo para enfocar las pruebas de aceptación del usuario para historias de usuario y ayudar al propietario del producto a firmar UAT.
- Evaluar los procesos comerciales, anticipar los requisitos, descubrir áreas de mejora y desarrollar e implementar soluciones.
- Refinamiento de los requerimientos para asegurar la calidad de la entrega
- Elabora y presenta el handover al equipo de Client Services
- Cargar las horas en las HU/HB de acuerdo con la dedicación asignada semanalmente
- Participar en las ceremonias: daily, review, retrospective y planning.
**Tus competencias y habilidades**
- Experiência mínima 5 años en puestos similares en giros Bancarios o Medios de pago
