**El Rol**

Tendrás el propósito de gestionar de manera exitosa la relación con los clientes organizando eficientemente los recursos, gestionando los procesos y conectando a las áreas de negocio y equipos para alcanzar los objetivos del mismo y cubrir las necesidades alineadas con la propuesta de valor de la compañía.

**El equipo**

Serás parte de un equipo EPIC Pertenecerás al equipo de Client Success & Project que tiene el gran propósito de fortalecer la relación con nuestros clientes y guiar a los equipos para conseguir los mejores resultados así como medir y controlar los ingresos y gastos de las cuentas para lograr la rentabilidad del negocio.

Los proyectos en los que estarás tendrán un impacto en consumidor, cliente y en todos los Findasensers logrando relaciones que funcionan a todos los níveles.

Estarás dentro de un ambiente de autogestión que te permitirá liderar proyectos nuevos y únicos potenciando el Innovation Leader que nos identifica a todos en Findasense.

**Requirements**:
**_ ¿Qué harás?_**
- Serás responsable del entendimiento estratégico y de mantener el contacto con cliente e identificar y transmitir al resto de los equipos de trabajo sus expectativas, requisitos y preferencias.
- Coordinarás reuniones semanales con los equipos de trabajo para llevar el seguimiento de los proyectos, detectar mejoras y resolver posibles problemas que puedan surgir en el transcurso de los mismos.
- Verificarás que las horas reportadas por los equipos están alineadas con lo pactado con cliente.
- Analizarás e implementarás eficiencias operacionales con la asignación correcta de los recursos y tiempos. Implementarás estrategias, tácticas, planes de coordinación, implementación y reporte de los resultados obtenidos.
- Gestionarás proveedores, socios externos, clientes, brand managers y agencias de medios.
- Colaborarás con los equipos para generar protocolos y casos de alto engagement con los consumidores.
- Asignarás los recursos necesarios para alcanzar los objetivos de cada cuenta en términos de perfiles, presupuesto y tiempo.
- Detectarás oportunidades de crecimiento en los clientes con los que trabajas garantizando el seguimiento de las propuestas, la efectividad de las estrategias marcadas.
- Serás responsable de gestionar el presupuesto de la cuenta.

**_¿Quién eres?_**
- Aportarás experiência de al menos 4 años como Ejecutivo de Cuentas en Agencias Digitales.
- Puedes estar ubicado en Colombia.
- Te gusta trabajar de manera remota y te encuentras en Colombia o Costa Rica.
- Profesional en Publicidad y RRPP, Marketing, ADE o afines.
- Nice to Have: nível de inglés intermedio.
- Nice to Have: Experiência habiendo trabajado en metodologías de gestión de proyectos (PMP, SCRUM, Agile, KANBAN, Trelo, Jira, Basecamp).
- Nice to Have: CRM, RRSS, SEO, SEM y blogs
- Avanzado G-suite, Iwork, Office.
- Gestión de presupuesto.
- Herramientas de gestión de RRSS (Sprinklers, Hootsuite, etc).

**_Trabajo en remoto _**

Actualmente, debido al Covid-19, estamos trabajando Full Remote, la salud y bienestar de los Findasensers es para nosotros una prioridad.

Según vaya mejorando la situación iremos reactivando el uso de nuestras oficinas para retomar aquellas dinámicas que nos permiten conectar con los equipos, trabajar de forma colaborativa en un mismo lugar o, incluso, tomarnos un café juntos

Eso sí, siempre será de forma voluntaria y con el objetivo de crear un entorno híbrido de trabajo en el que podremos combinar libremente los momentos presenciales y en remoto.
