- Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- The holder of this position will support the management of our Digital Sales solutions in wholesale, to ensure it is season ready, enabling sales representatives to use them as the one stop for assortment presentation, order intake, forecasting, reporting, marketing. To achieve this, the employee is responsible to collect, manage and solve all user related issues (concerning functionality or usability with the platform). This contributes to the continuous improvement of the platform. The platforms will be the one stop for seamless customer experience during Sell in meetings (incl Prelines & Sell-In) for adidas. The holder will ensure the implementation of a one way of selling through our most innovative tools such as Digital Showroom, Marketing Cloud, CLICK, and the Future Showroom.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in further enhancement of Digital Showroom, Marketing Cloud, CLICK, and related solutions
- Collect demand from Countries.
- Support the Senior Manager Digital Wholesale solution with prioritization of demands on behalf of LAM Market.
- Raise demand to global DSS & Sales Development teams.
- Manage Testing, enhancement of tools and sub-tools with close collaboration with Countries and Global Teams (globa DSS, SS&D and IT teams)
- Support the implementation of key products and projects, enabling successful delivery of defined milestones, working closely with global Product Owners.
- Define and promote measurement tools and KPIs to promote and monitor the proper adoption of DSS platforms across LAM.
- Support the continuous monitoring of Trade Terms guidance across LAM.
- Support Countries DSS leads with upskilling, training and testing of mentioned platforms.
- Support the Senior Manager Digital Wholesale solution:
- roll-out of new platforms in LAM
- upskilling, training, and onboarding the Countries sales teams as the expert in technical and usability questions.
- Co-Drive Sell in Readiness in the platforms and interact with the areas involved in developing the full sell in package: Mops, Assortment Planning, Bu´s and Visual Merchandising.
- Constant pursue of process improvement via analysis of GTM calendar to identify enhancement and simplification opportunities.
- Interface between Sales, IT and Zones:
- Support the Senior Manager Digital Wholesale solution in being the point of contact for all market requests concerning functionality or usability (‘tickets') raised by sales representative from Countries.
- Collaborate together with the Senior Manager with IT Dev/Ops team to make sure that the raised “tickets” get solved/answered based on defined priorities.
- Help foreseeing challenges both technically and content-based and escalating them to the relevant stakeholders.
- Support the E2E Account Ops Director in leading the learning strategy for wholesale LAM:
- Co-Lead the DSS Subcommunity to drive collaboration and synergies among the DSS teams in the LAM countries.
- Assist in the construction of the DSS onboarding material.
- Design, Track and update the LAM One DSS dashboard.
- Generate learning moments throughout the year and ways of engaging the learners.
- KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
- Countries DSS Leads for new platforms, Sales team, Sales Operations teams, IT teams.
- LAM Sales, LAM Marketing, LAM IT teams.
- Global DSS, Sales Development, IT, Global Sales Academy.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of Office tools
- Affinity to digital tools and e-processes
- Experience in relevant business area ie.g. Customer Service, Operations, Sales,
- IT)
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Salesforce platform management tools
- Analytical background.
- Power BI (Desirable)
- Creative and out - of - the box thinker
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- First experience within customer service or any operational sales position.
- Preferably already within the Digital wholesale environment.
- Good understanding of sell-in process.
