Primary Responsibilities Organize, support, and compile monthly and quarterly investor reports, annual operating budgets, and business plans Work with Director of Asset Management for analysis in operation strategy and property valuations Participate in the disposition of existing assets Monitor and analyze the financial performance of each asset, considering budget and business plan variances, and growth trends Create monthly variance reports to track the performance of properties Demonstrate initiative and ownership by assisting with the timely resolution of various property-level concerns Monitor lender-directed and elective capital improvement, and facilitate client and lender funding requests Participate in acquisition due diligence including lease reviews, pro forma analysis, and market research

**Requisitos**:

- Strong skills in financial analysis and modeling - Detail oriented and highly organized with an ability to learn technology and software easily - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel - Undergrad degree required, Finance, Business, or Real Estate focus preferred - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to occasionally travel
