Position Summary We are currently looking for a highly experienced Commodities Middle Office Analyst to be based in Panama Reporting directly to the Head of Risk & Compliance for Nestrade - you will responsible for facilitating the execution of hedges, providing accurate and relevant reporting regarding hedging performance to Middle Office Manager & Nestrade CFO, and ensuring full compliance with nestle Accounting Standards. Procurement at Nestl As strategic partner to the business, we help the company achieving sustainable growth and we ensure responsibly sourced supply and value creation. Located in hubs in Switzerland, Panama and Malaysia, our division provides a range of services, including the management of procurement for specific raw materials, packaging, indirect materials and other services. We also support markets with managing local spend.
For you, this will be the opportunity to become a real strategic partner delivering sustainable value and working with the business, for the business. A day in the life of a Commodities Middle Office Analyst Performing the daily reconciliation of Commodity Derivatives, and investigating and resolving discrepancies. Reviewing new positions against authorised trading limits and approved policy and highlighting any deviations to Management. Preparing Position reports & monitoring daily margin requirements Extracting daily trades from system for regulatory reporting purposes Performing P&L & Market to Market reporting, and reviewing Hedge Effectiveness calculations and postings.
