Long standing company with a steady project with over 12 years presence in Panama is looking for Customer Services Agents with the availability to work rotating shifts based on the company needs of a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week call center environment. Great Job opportunity. Must be fluent both in English and Spanish. Nice and quiet environment, competitive salary structure, bonuses for attendance and quality assurance, NO sales or collection skills required. Opportunity to grow within the company. Two-week paid training once completed successfully.

High school graduate, equivalent, or any combination of education and experience which enables the agent to perform the job functions as required.
- The ability to speak English at an intermediate level or higher and the ability to clearly communicate with callers to provide the ultimate customer experience that produces high levels of customer satisfaction and problem solving.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, with the ability to meet strict start and stop times.
- Experience with personal computers including word processing and data input.
- Availability to work rotating shifts based on the company needs of a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week call center environment.
- Effectively resolves issues by appropriately responding to calls and chats, listening to requests, and escalating issues as needed for the purpose of immediate customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties and assignments as assigned and required by management.
