**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, etc.).
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in telecom equipment testing and repair.
- Proven experience in creating and setting up Project boards and Trackers
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - English is a requirement
- Familiarity with telecom industry standards and equipment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute project plans for the testing and repair of telecom equipment in our labs as well as other managed services.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including technicians, engineers, and support staff.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting quality standards.
- Support the Product Management Team as a technical guide in client proposal meetings
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of equipment testing and repair.
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Product Management to incorporate feedback into continuous improvement initiatives.
- Allocate resources efficiently, considering workload, skills, and project requirements.
- Identify and address any resource constraints or bottlenecks.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues to prevent delays or disruptions in project timelines.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery projects.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between project goals and overall business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between service delivery and product management functions.
