You'll also focus on automating processes, ensuring data quality, and documenting workflows.
Strong leadership, technical expertise in data management tools, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration are critical to success in this role.
What Are We Looking For?
We're seeking a Data Migration Lead passionate about transforming and integrating data to help build efficient and reliable systems.
Develop and implement strategies for data extraction, cleansing, transformation, enrichment, and validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver data solutions.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Oversee ETL engineers' activities and monitor project progress.
Automate processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Document migration workflows, methodologies, and artifacts.
**Required Skills and Experience**: 5 to 8 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, or Data Migration.
Experience in migrating data from one ERP system to another (e.g., SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Dynamics).
Proven experience managing complex data migration projects.
Strong expertise in databases, ETL processes, and data validation techniques.
Familiarity with tools like SQL, data migration frameworks, and cloud services.
Intermediate English proficiency for effective collaboration in an international environment.
