Job Profile / Activities:
- Use communication, negotiation and relationship skills as a sales liaison among dealers, customers and other Caterpillar personnel, to make plans and execution of sales, distribution and marketing, to drive action in order to achieve all ABP targets Challenges include meeting expectations in delivering results, considering alternative courses of actions to generate sales leads, participation and closure of sales, making timely decisions related to business and dealer distribution management and developing greater communication skills internally and externally.
- Your development and continuous learning will be directed through experience and staying abreast of technology changes. Key learning comes from gaining experience in the assigned industry, developing communication and people relationship skills, improving problem solving techniques, building business skills, enhancing use of Caterpillar systems and developing leadership abilities. Basic Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Engineering.
**Experience**: 3+ years of field experience working with Latin America dealers and customers in Eletric Power Division sales, aftersales, rental, solutions and/or product support Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate analytical tools (Power BI, Corporate systems). Language: Advanced English Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively (50-70%) Behavioral skills: Strong communication, organization, sales/marketing structured thinking and leadership skills/ Negotiation Ability. Demonstrated ability to work independently (with prioritized activities) and communicate effectively and work on increasingly more complex assignments and special projects related to sales and profitability growth. Flexibility and ability to anticipate scenarios and propose creative solutions with analytical thinking.
Desirable Qualifications Advanced Portuguese EPD-LEPS product and aftermarket experience is a differentiator Having product support (parts and contracts), aftermarket sales, or marketing experience is a differentiator Having leadership experience is a differentiator Relocation assistance is NOT available for this position.
