Project Finance Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Project Finance Analyst to join our team and support the structuring, analysis, and financial monitoring of large-scale construction projects. This role will be responsible for developing financial models, assessing the economic viability of new projects, supporting financing processes, and collaborating closely with technical, legal, and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain detailed financial models for projects in various stages (bidding, execution, operation). - Evaluate financial risks, structure financing proposals, and analyze investment returns. - Prepare presentations and financial reports for investors, banks, and executive management. - Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, technical, financial) to ensure project financial feasibility. - Monitor the financial performance of ongoing projects and propose optimization measures.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project financial analysis, preferably in the infrastructure or construction sector.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred)
- Fluent English.
