As an Ads Manager at Robert Ventures, you'll develop, implement, and manage advertising strategies across multiple platforms and audiences. You'll work closely with our team to create campaigns that effectively promote our investment products and drive growth within our investor base. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling ad copy, design, and landing pages.
- Monitor advertising performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify new advertising opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are executed within budget constraints.
- Analyze and report on advertising performance to senior leadership and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay current with advertising regulations and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in digital advertising, with proven success driving growth and revenue through advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting effective ad copy and landing pages
- Knowledge of the alternative investment industry and a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Self-starter/entrepreneurial spirit
