Propósito Comparte el liderazgo y creación de una visión de transformación digital alineada con las estrategias del Banco. Facilita la identificación, recopilación, priorización y diseño de los requisitos de los proyectos, que definirán la visión de los productos y/o servicios digitales en la hoja de ruta. Trabaja de cerca con distintos líderes en las áreas de la organización, incluyendo Negocios, Crédito, Operaciones, Áreas de Control, Tecnología, Datos, Mercadeo, u otros que sean requeridos, con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas relacionadas a la adopción digital y satisfacción del cliente. Es responsable de representar y asegurar la realización de la visión de los productos y/o servicios financieros digitales, participando en el desarrollo y ejecución de las iniciativas, bajo una mentalidad y marco de trabajo AGILE; acelerando el impacto positivo al cliente y al negocio, velando por un “time to market” apropiado, desde la concepción del producto, hasta su lanzamiento. Es responsable de monitorear el desempeño de los indicadores para el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos. Además, realiza, lidera o coordina iniciativas complementarias para optimizar el desempeño de los indicadores. Responsabilidades Ejecutar el rol de liderazgo en el SCRUM team, para asegurar que los componentes de los productos y/o servicios cumplen con el alcance, tiempo, presupuesto y calidad. Interpretar y desarrollar historias de usuario, bajo el marco de trabajo AGILE, ya sea de necesidades del negocio o tendencias de mercado, producto de investigaciones externas sobre diferentes industrias y mercados. Interpretar y trasladar las funcionalidades dentro del ciclo de vida del producto, hacia componentes en el "backlog". Explicar estos componentes a los participantes de los equipos ÁGILES con el fin de asegurar su viabilización. Gestionar la priorización del "backlog" de cada proyecto. Colaborar en la priorización del portafolio de proyectos estratégicos. Facilitar, liderar y participar en las ceremonias y reuniones de los proyectos adaptativos o predictivos. Brindar visión e insumos requeridos por el personal involucrado durante las distintas etapas o fases del proyecto. Facilitar la entrega de proyectos implementados, a las áreas funcionales, para asegurar la continuidad del producto o servicio. Aplicar los principios de producto mínimo viable (MVP), producto mínimo mercadeable (MMP), producto incremental y mejora continua, según aplique. Promover y transmitir el compromiso del proyecto y su visión. Obtener retroalimentación de los distintos interesados. Comunicar el progreso y fechas de entrega de productos, de la mano de quien ejecute las funciones de “Scrum Master” o “Administrador de Proyectos”. Integrar a las áreas de datos, mercadeo, negocios u otros, en el desarrollo de modelos de medición del desempeño de los productos, servicios y ecosistemas digitales, basados en métricas o “KPIs”. Velar por la identificación y mitigación de Riesgos, y el cumplimiento de las regulaciones aplicables a los productos o servicios digitales. Recomendar nuevos productos o servicios digitales y proveer insumos a la unidad de mercadeo digital para establecer estrategias efectivas. Apoyar en la definición y selección de herramientas y alternativas de solución, que aporten al ecosistema digital del banco.

**Requisitos**:
Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación o Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo Digital o carreras afines. Inglés intermedio/avanzado. Conocimientos o habilidades Mentalidad AGILE. Estudios de marcos de trabajos ágiles preferiblemente SCRUM. Estudios enfocados a Product Owner (certificación deseable)
