Position Overview This role will support a team of attorneys and business partners to deliver high quality legal services to the business in collaboration with the ELC Legal team in New York, Panama and the Regions. This role will be a part of the ELC Global Legal organization and is part of the group responsible for the work related to talent contracts.

This role reports to the ELC Legal team in New York. Roles and Responsibilities Support the brands across ELC and the Legal teams in New York, Panama and the Regions. Deliver global legal services relating to engagement of social media influencers, models, photographers, video production and creative agencies, as well as product licensing and public relations initiatives, through a multi-function shared service model across ELC’s internal and external stakeholders enforcing ELC’s policies. Draft a variety of intellectual property related agreements, such as social media influencer agreements, collaboration agreements, and IP licensing agreements; services and consulting agreements; and other commercial agreements for social media and public relations initiatives and for advertising production.

Assist with contract management tools, automation processes and helping on projects. Work under the direct supervision of the Legal team in New York. Interact with global and regional brand social media and with brand creative operations teams. Negotiate Agreement terms directly with opposing counsel in New York, Los Angeles, and around the world.

Support other legal activities involving commercial agreements as needed. Qualifications Qualifications Experience engaging social media influencers, and their representatives, a plus Experience engaging celebrity talent, and their representatives, a plus Experience producing photo/video shoots or contracting for advertising production a plus Cosmetic and/or OTC industry experience a plus 5 years of legal experience at a reputable law firm and/or legal department of a multi-national company Experience drafting and reviewing intellectual property related agreements, such as social media influencer agreements, collaboration agreements, and IP licensing agreements; and procurement and purchase agreements for social media and public relations initiatives and for advertising production Experience managing case management tools Highly organized and detail-oriented Experience working in a multicultural environment with a diverse workforce High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills Strong project management skills Effectively communicates, exercises good judgment in decision making, and understands complex issues Strong technical skills with experience in Microsoft Office 365, SAP, Ariba, Serengeti, customer relationship management and workflow management systems LLM from US is a plus Additional Details Work shift: Monday to Friday - Business hours, Flexible work (home office and office permitted).
