We’re looking for a
** Talent Acquisition Partner **to join a newly forming team, working within the Consumer Health industry. If you're driven by results, thrive on building relationships with stakeholder at all levels around the business, and have a passion for recruiting, this opportunity is for you.

**How you’ll shape the future of talent**:

- Own the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in challenging markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
- Promote DE&I initiatives through ongoing networking, process improvement, and education

**You’ll be someone who can bring**:

- Bilingual(Spanish/English)
- Recruitment and/or HR experience, including full cycle recruiting experience working closely with hiring managers filling time sensitive roles in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry
- Prior experience in In-house recruitment or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain strong relationships
- Your personal brand is grounded in communication, partnership, and integrity
- A keen understanding of business needs, be in and around people regularly to solidify relationships and partnerships; consultative by nature
- Demonstrably skilled with internal and global mobility
- Your objectives will be to ensure a streamlined turnaround delivering operational excellence at all stages of the process
- Ability to work in office from Juan Diaz, Panama weekly- #MC1
