Whats the role?Responsible for the full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers). Work closely with the business as an operational recruiter, applying specialist recruitment knowledge and expertise to recruit the best talent for Liberty PR, by the most appropriate and cost-effective sources. Act as a brand advocate and ambassador for the resourcing function. How you will add value?Establishes recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to discuss staffing needs.Partner with hiring managers and internal customers to figure out requirements for the vacant position and qualities of the ideal candidate.Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.Serve on selection and examination meetings to evaluate applicants according to test scores, contacting promising candidates for interviews. Conduct reference, drug tests and background checks on applicants.Help build and maintain all companys job descriptions updated and revised.Recruit applicants for open positions and assist to job fairs with college campus representatives to attract emerging and new talent.Builds applicant pipelines by contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.Studies applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.Provide regular follow up with the respective hiring managers/supervisors and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. What you need: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Min 2 years experience in recruitment & selection of employees from entry level to Senior Leadership positions.Previous experience with employment related assessments. .Experience with LinkedIn recruitment tool.Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).Knowledge of full life cycle recruiting (screening, assessment & selection).Experience in talent-pooling.Experience of direct sourcing techniques.Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, proficiency based).Solid communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across any levels of the organization.
