**What You’ll Do**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a global cost optimization initiative across 11 work streams. This is a critical project to drive operational efficiencies and cost savings for the company. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall governance, coordination, and successful delivery of this complex, cross-functional program.

**Responsibilities**
- Establish and drive the project governance model, including steering committee, work stream leads, reporting cadences, risk/issue management, and decision-making protocols.
- Develop and manage an integrated project plan across all 11 work streams, ensuring alignment of scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Implement a robust project management framework with standardized processes, tools, templates, and best practices.
- Coordinate and facilitate work stream activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage project risks, issues, changes, and dependencies proactively to mitigate impacts and drive timely resolution.
- Provide clear communication and regular reporting to executive sponsors, steering committee, and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Take timely and proactive problem-solving actions to ensure that targets and timelines are met.
- Ensure quality assurance processes are followed, and project deliverables meet defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across work streams, support teams, and stakeholder groups
- Manage the project budget, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost optimization within the project itself.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in leading large, complex, and cross-functional initiatives
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge
- Proven track record in successfully delivering cost optimization, operational excellence, or business transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and governance models (e.g., PMI, Agile, Lean)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred
