JOB DESCRIPTION Job TitleSenior Project ManagerJob DescriptionSenior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager will initiate, lead and implement projects for a dedicated internal Philips Partners (Business, Market or Function).
These projects focus on the development of new capabilities, implementation of strategic initiatives and improvement of existing operational processes.You are responsible for: Effectively prioritize and orchestrate multi-functional project teams to execute upon a plan in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met.Responsible for gaining agreements on project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements.Manages projects ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives using standard E2E approach, considering KPis such as "On time Delivery", "in Budget delivery" and "Quality of delivery.
"Determines project risks, defines corrective action and drives the projects to closure.Formulates E2E project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management; specifies the manning of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to be usedControls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all project initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reportingYou are the right fit if: You have 7 years+ of relevant working experience, including minimum 4 years of PM experience in successfully setting up and managing business transformation projects/programs.You poses good influencing and relationship building skills, at all levels of organization, including change management practice proved in projects managed.Bachellor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent academic studies.
Master's degree on Logistiics, Siupply Chaind or Project Management is preferred.PMP certificated (or equivalent) completed or soon to be completed.Advanced knowledge of the English language.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
