As a Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the payroll and social security process, efficiently and effectively.

**Essential Requirements**:
**Education**: Technical or technologist in accounting, or related areas.

**Experience**: 2 years of experience in payroll management and social security, SIPE.

**Excell**: Intermediate

**English**: Intermediate

**Responsibilities and/or functions**:
1. Send biweekly payment butts.
2. Perform payroll settlement.
3. Enter new events to the payroll system such as overtime, surcharges, wage increases, disabilities, licenses and suspensions, among others.
4. Generate flat file for payment.
6. Attend to the public directly and telephone to suggestions and claims.
7. Settle social benefits (holidays, cesantia advances, premiums and definitive liquidations).
8. Liquidate social security with the respective news.
10.Monthly reconciliation of payroll accounts.

11.Perform the integration of the payroll module and single form to accounting.

12.Identify, anticipate, and seek strategies to mitigate risks and make the associated processes efficient.

13. Comply with the responsibilities and duties related to the quality management system and in accordance with the provisions of the legislation and center source Panama.
