Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities Ensuring accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings and company deductions for multiple payrolls/countries and tax requirements.Preparing statistical reports on team member pay, commissions and bonuses, vacation, sick, disability and workers compensation leave, taxes and withholdings. Ensuring payroll is processed with speed and accuracy whilst maintaining records and filesServing as liaison to team members and with third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies.Auditing team member pay records, and reconciles totals by department, location, country, etc.Interpreting pay policies, (e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, workers compensation, union contracts, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.) and ensures appropriate amounts/deductions are calculated and applied to the various accounts correctly.Ensuring all processes and procedures meet government requirements. Qualifications Bilingual (English) and other languages is a plusExperience working across the region, managing multiple countries and deadlines.
