**Job Title**

Project Management Sr Professional II (Non Technical)

El **Project Leader,** es responsable de impulsar proyectos complejos, de alta prioridad, o fases componentes de programas grandes. Responsable de entregar proyectos a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y dentro del alcance. Esta persona liderará y coordinará equipos multifuncionales, departamentales y entre empresas que son responsables de todos los aspectos de un proyecto, desde el inicio hasta el cierre.
Orquestador del ecosistema operacional de la celula.
Gestiona de forma coordinada la capacidad de su equipo de trabajo.
Participa en los comités de capacidad y mensuales definidos con el cliente.
Gestionar el product backlog de los proyectos que están bajo gestión de sus células.
Responsable de acordar con el Cliente la gestión de capacidad.
Responsable del control de horas de los recursos y elabora la facturación mensual al cliente.
Responsable del cumplimiento del acuerdo de servicio.
Responsable de los planes de acción, mejoramiento de indicadores y SLA.

Responsable de presentar informes y tableros de control sobre el rendimiento de las células y resultados de los proyectos

Responsable de la resolución de problemas a partir de problemas evaluación para la selección de soluciones. Capacidad para identificar alternativas y hacer planes de contingencia. Capacidad para aceptar el cambio y adaptarse rápidamente a nuevas situaciones, cambios de dirección y alteración de prioridades Apoyar al equipo para resolver los impedimentos que impiden la resolución de Historias de usuario o habilitadores.

Trabaja con el scrum master en el desarrollo de planes de mejora y alineación metodológica
Planifica y monitorea las mejoras operativas y metodológicas de su equipo de trabajo.
Asegura que se sigan las metodologías del proyecto, los procesos de entrega del proyecto y los procesos de gestión de la implementación. Esto incluye la gestión y conducción. Programación del proyecto. Gestión de riesgos y problemas. Gestión de cambios de alcance.

Responsable del control de horas de los recursos y elabora la facturación mensual al cliente.
Responsable del cumplimiento de los indicadores definidos en el acuerdo de servicio.
Responsable de los planes de acción, mejoramiento de indicadores y SLA.
Gestiona el presupuesto del proyecto. Esto incluye la comprensión y validación de estimaciones, el seguimiento de la variación de costos y la gestión eficaz de los recursos del proyecto.

Proporciona una comunicación clara y concisa del proyecto; tanto escrito como verbal.

Facilita / gestiona las comunicaciones del proyecto y las expectativas de las partes interesadas, el cliente y el equipo del proyecto.
Es el focal point entre los equipos de la celula y los equipos internos y los equipos del cliente

Gestiona proyectos desde el concepto original hasta la implementación final. Se conecta con todas las áreas afectadas por el proyecto, incluidos los usuarios finales, distribuidores y proveedores. Asegura el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y revisa los entregables del proyecto. Puede comunicarse con un ejecutivo de la empresa sobre el estado de proyectos específicos.

Seguimiento y control de las horas y presentar el detalle de la facturación mensual de la celula de acuerdo con el presupuesto estimado. Llevar el control de ausencias del equipo, programar vacaciones y licencias con el proposito de mitigar impactos de compromisos adquiridos con los clientes.

Participa en las ceremonias: daily, review, retrospective y planning.
