JOB SUMMARY CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that accounting entries are timely posted.
Provide reporting and analytics (financial statements, sales report, cost per product line, sales report per seller, department expenses, customers portfolio) on a timely and accurate basis. Will be fully responsible for the internal controls under his/her scope.
Review that customer invoices fullfill legal requirements as stated by the Panamanian Tax Administration.
Provide accurate and timely data for corporate/fiscal compliance, audits and other corporate and statutory requirements.
Keep track of expense reports from employees and sales representatives to settle due balances on a timely basis.
Interpret, analyze and prepare financial results and KPIs. Contribute to continuous development of business reports to provide developing trends and relevant metrics to Management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Finance-related degree (e.g. Accounting, Finance)
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning tools (SAP preferred).
