**The Position**:

- We are Looking for a Senior Technical Vetting Engineer to help grow FSL’s team of multidisciplinary engineers and team members. You will be involved in shaping our vetting processes, coding challenges, technical assessesments, and interviews to ensure that FSL hires the best of the best. The role will allow you to work with a team of expert polyglots, learn and work with multiple technologies and ensure best practices around technical vetting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Grade and assess coding challenges, technical assessments, and technical interviews.
- Creating coding challenges across multiple programming languages and frameworks.
- Create interview questions for engineering, QA, and project management roles.
- Participate in community building and team building tasks within FSL.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Expertise in at least two programming languages and/or frameworks.
- Track-record of learning best practices in new technologies quickly.
- Polyglot with a keen eye for detail and strict adherence for quality.
- Performed code reviews and other quality checks as part of a professional software team.
- Bonus: Conducted interviews or administered technical/coding challenges for a professional software development team.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer/engineer.
- 4 year degree in computer science.
