Job Description AECOM Panama busca un Especialista de Impacto Social para apoyar varios proyectos en America Latina. La persona ideal tiene que estar disponible para viajar a sitios fuera del pais.

**Principales funciones y responsabilidades**:
Dar asesoramiento y asistencia técnica en gestión social a la Departamento de Ambiente de AECOM Panamá (URS Holdings, Inc).
Liderar la planificación e implementación de estrategias de comunicación con comunidades que serán afectadas por acciones de reasentamiento.

Apoyar en el diseño, formulación, implementación, monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos con componente social.

Coordinación de levantamiento de líneas bases socioeconómicos y aplicación de censo.

Proponer activamente relaciones sólidas entre los afectados y los contratistas del proyecto.

Participar en el desarrollo de documentos referentes al ámbito social y económico de proyectos nacionales e internaciones

Inspecciones a los proyectos, incluye viajes internacionales.

Realizar evaluaciones de impacto y riesgo social.

Análisis de variables sociales asociadas a desarrollo de proyectos.

**Qualifications**:Minimum Requirements**:
Licenciatura en sociología y con idoneidad.

Mínimo diez (10) años de experiência en proyectos de índole social.

Experiência comprobada en la participación de proyectos que incluyan población rural y/o grupos vulnerables.

Capacidad para trabajar por iniciativa propia y entregar un trabajo de alta calidad según el programa y dentro del presupuesto.

Orientado al cliente con buenas habilidades interpersonales y enfoque de trabajo colaborativo.

Habilidad para generar productos de alta calidad incluso bajo presión.

Competente en el uso de Microsoft Office, incluidos Excel, PowerPoint y Word.
Altamente organizada(o), con capacidad de realizar y priorizar múltiples tareas de manera independiente.

Se valora la participación en proyectos que incluya acciones de reasentamiento.

Conocimiento del Idioma inglés requerido.

Disponibilidad para viajar.
