Dar soporte estratégico y operativo a nuestros gerentes de marca y líderes de categoría en términos de inversión en medios e implementación de planes de eBusiness, incluyendo la coordinación y gestión de las estrategia de Influencer Marketing y CRM.

**Un día en la vida de**
- Diseñar y dar seguimiento continuo a la planificación y estrategias de medios junto con la agencia, asegurando la correcta ejecución.
- Asesorar a los gerentes de marca para evaluar los planes de medios digitales buscando eficiencia en la inversión.
- Proponer y construir nuevos proyectos y estrategias de medios digitales basados en innovaciones y oportunidades, siendo responsable de la ejecución.
- Dar seguimiento a los KPIs en la ejecución de las diferentes estrategias con el fin de optimizar y garantizar el desempeño.
- Liderar la estrategia de influencer marketing del mercado, alineada a los guidelines globales. Y gestionar la relación y operación con la agencia asegurando que los negocios reciban el servicio contratado.
- Liderar la agencia de CRM para los programas corporativos
- Responsable del mantenimiento y activación de la base de datos NiM.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Licenciatura en Marketing, administración de empresas, especialización en E-Business, entre otros.
- 2 años de experiência profesional.
- Experiência en agencia de marketing o publicidad, en la posición de Media Strategist
- Experiência como Líder de CRM
- Experiência trabajando con marcas o negocios que participan del mercado del consumo masivo
- Ingles Avanzado
