The Sr. Manager of Global Supply Chain Finance - Latin America is responsible for the leadership and financial oversight of the factories in Nicaragua (1) and Mexico (2) as well as all financial planning and analysis tasks for the Latin America region. The role is responsible for developing strong business partnerships across the organization and to support supply chain operations by delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, analyzing capital expenditures, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, reviewing supply chain performance and variance analysis. The Sr. Manager of Global Supply Chain Finance - Latin America is responsible for compliance with all controls for the region. This role will build, develop, and lead a high-performing supply chain finance team across the factories in Nicaragua (1) and Mexico (2).

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for accurate and timely accounting and reporting of financial results. This includes all aspects of the region balance sheet and P&L related to internal manufacturing. Provide insights and recommendations to drive improved business performance.
- Responsible for all FP&A tasks including analytics, planning, and forecasting.
- Support Supply Chain leadership in establishing budgets, reviewing manufacturing performance, and analyzing capital expenditure requests.
- Recommend and lead development and implementation of global process improvements and reporting enhancements to drive value added analytics which drive improved business performance.
- Develop strong collaborative business partnerships and collaboration with functional and cross-functional business partners at various levels across the organization.
- Partner with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance and standardization for internal manufacturing controls.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team across the manufacturing facilities. Develop individuals on the team to possess solid technical (accounting) and analytical (finance) skill sets with a continuous improvement mindset.

**Experience**:

- 7+ years experience in Supply Chain Finance (strong background in manufacturing and cost accounting)
- 5+ years experience in Accounting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- MBA a plus

Skills For Success:

- Extensive experience in supply chain FP&A including manufacturing and cost accounting and finance activities. SAP experience a plus.
- Analytical and critical thinking. Able to interpret data and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Intellectually curious. Inquisitive and challenging of the status quo to drive improved performance. Drive enhanced and optimized processes and reporting.
- Advanced excel skills including financial modeling. Power BI experience a plus.
- Drive for Results. Sense of urgency. Able to focus on consistently delivering results in a timely and efficient manner. Ability to think outside the box when providing solutions and/or process enhancements.
- Leadership and development. Ability to build, develop, and lead a strong high-performing finance team.
