Job Description Participate in establishing an effective, integrated, supply chain process, to manage the integral logistics goods flow between Sales, Warehouse and Suppliers, with mínimal cost and inventories while maintaining customer services level. Support business operations and present findings to internal teams, creating detailed supply chain analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for them. Responsibilities Contribute to the Supply Chain cross-functional team and facilitate overall sourcing, quoting, S&OP, target cost, inventory and supplier readiness. Provide inventory management and information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends to meet sales budget and corporate goals.
Coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines. Identifying problems and propose resolutions through clear concise reports, elevating critical issues to management and Business Unit leaders proactively. Leverage and deliver full purchasing program: supply base management, risk management, and cash net working capital management. Participate in the Procure to Pay process for finished products.
Partner with purchasing and warehousing to minimize and dispose of slow moving, obsolete, and expiring inventory. Inventory management acumen, availability, re-balancing and analyzing issues in order to establish action plans to follow up. Measure and monitor providers’ lead time to accomplish service level and business plan. Develop reporting/analysis for internal teams.
