We're on the lookout for a Social Media Specialist to join our growing PX Digital Services team In this role, you'll report directly to our VP of Digital Services and play a key part in shaping how we engage audiences across platforms.This is not your typical social media role — it's a dynamic mix of social media management, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and digital marketing initiatives that impact both our internal projects and our clients' growth.As our Social Media Specialist, you won't just manage campaigns — you'll create repeatable success by building systems, refining content, and optimizing every digital touchpoint for performance.

Social MediaDevelop, implement, and manage social media strategy for clientsDefine the most important social media KPIsCollaborate with SEO leads to manage and oversee social media contentMeasure the success of social media campaignsStay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologiesUse social media marketing tools such as SEMRushWrite and create content that is informative and engagingMonitor SEO and user engagement, and suggest content optimizationCommunicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong networkDevelop and manage a content calendar2.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)Collaborate with the client and manager to develop testing strategies for ads and landing pagesMonitor and report on test performanceImplement A/B and multivariate testing using VWO or similar tools3.
GeneralCollaborate with cross-functional teamsAttend client meetings, providing updates on campaign performanceAssist the Digital Services team with project managementQualificationsFluent English is a mustStrong background in social media and digital marketingUnderstanding of content marketing and SEOExperience with CRO softwareExperience with Google AnalyticsProficiency with SEO and social media toolsMinimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketingIt would be a plus if you have: Strong project management and time management skillsKnowledge in the U.S. higher education and trades schoolsAgency experienceHTML skillsWhy PX?
