Aftermarket Services Representative

to cover dealers centrally in the Caribbean and north Latin America through providing optimized coverage for Construction Industries. The ASR will be responsible for supporting a diverse dealer territory to transform how we do business. **Responsibilities**:
The primary objective of this role is the achievement of annual business plan (STU) for the assigned dealer territories

This position is fully empowered to use their entrepreneurial zeal to deliver profitable growth through 4DX Breakthrough execution

Optimize parts sales variance utilization within budget to drive incremental business

Partner with dealers’ Parts & Service Sales Managers and their organizations to influence sales execution and sales force effectiveness

Understand, document and communicate customer requirements, business models, competitive landscape and other market intelligence to ensure product groups and other stakeholders are aware of customer needs

Lead dealers in Prioritized Service Event (PSE) and Retail transformation

Manage Travel & Entertainment budget

How You’ll be Successful (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience in dealer facing position (or equivalent B2B) (i.e., ASR, ASC, PSOR, MSOR)

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Fluent in English

**Behavioral**: proficiency in data analysis; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional peers while maintaining an enterprise perspective; emotional intelligence; intellectual curiosity

Additional Key to Success (Desired Qualifications)

3-5+ years in a dealer facing position (i.e., ASR, ASC, PSOR, MSOR)

Adaptability to complex changes, execute with ambiguity and drive advancement within the dealer organization

Ability to engage with all levels of an organization to motivate and influence change

Solution-oriented attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and customer focused mindset

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Strong time management, prioritization and organization skills

Advanced English skills.
