Master Data Intern

**Your role**:
- Assist in the research and implementation of new SharePoint features to improve data management processes.
- Support the development and maintenance of SharePoint lists and libraries for Master Data.
- Conduct user testing and provide feedback on SharePoint enhancements.
- ** Process Documentation**:

- Document existing Master Data processes and procedures clearly and concisely.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams using tools like Visio.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest potential solutions.
- ** Data Analysis**:

- Assist in the analysis of Master Data quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct basic data analysis tasks, such as data entry, data cleaning, and data validation.
- ** Project Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the Master Data team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project documentation.

**You're the right fit if**:

- Student enrolled in a local University studying **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related careers**
- Passionate person, eager to learn, autonomous, analytical, independent;
- Project management skills and continuous improvements mindset;
- Eager to take initiative and ownership of your projects and focused on understanding customer needs;
- ** Advanced English both verbal and written**;
- ** Advanced MC Office (Excel is a must have).**

**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
